Cinque Terre - Cicloturismo

Ciao! Siamo Desu e Casu, una coppia di Argentini di 30 anni viaggiando per l´Europa in Agosto. Andremo per le Cinque Terre (15 a 17 d´Agosto) facendo un percorso in bicicletta di La Spezia fino Levanto. Abbiamo bisogno di qualche consigli sul questo itinerario.
- È conveniente fare La Spezia fino Levanto o Levanto fino La Spezia? (stato da rotta, paesaggio, difficoltà, etc..)
- Dove possiamo affittare (lo più economici possibili) o acquistare due Mountain Bike?
- Si puoi fare tutto il percorso il stesso giorno o è raccomandabile fermare qualche notte in mezzo l´ itinerario?
- Avete qualche raccomandazione di alloggiamento in questa regione? (La Spezia, Riomaggiore, Manorola, Corniglia, Vernazza, Monterrosso al Mare, Levanto)

I answer here as I promised.
August is a really crowded period in Italy because of holidays and I suggest to book your nights in advance.
In my opinion, I wrote this itinerary last year, it's better riding from Levanto (first climb on asphalt) and then end at La Spezia, after a visit at Portovenere. From La Spezia you can take a regional train (you have to check if it's available to carry your bicycles... usually there is a signal!) back to Levanto. Sleeping at Cinque Terre is hard and usually expensive so I suggest you to book your accomodation in Levanto (there are also some camping sites).
Then you can rent a MTB directòy in Levanto. You can ask about it to Cicli Raso ( www.cicliraso.com/ ) or to MisterFun (Via Garibaldi, 60, Levanto, SP, Italia

You can ride all itinerary in one day but maybe it's better to leave Levanto early in the morning because of weather (sometimes very hot) and to enjoy the landscapes longer.
